Who is SWTCH
SWTCH is an Ontario based app that allows users to find — schedule — book and pay for an electrical vehicle(EV) charger. SWTCH offers software that converts standard level two EV chargers into rentable chargers that owners can generate income from, while giving access to other EV owners to residential charging. SWTCH wanted a functional and visual interface that would help users create an EV charging network that is reliable and sustainable.
The challenge
"Users want a centralized app for finding and booking available EV chargers, which also allows them to securely rent out personal chargers."
Re-design the app.

SWTCH approached us with the hope of improving their app. Through our process, we re-designed and simplified the scheduling system. We also added features for users to ensure they felt secure when using the app, and where able to access information quickly. We achieved this by developing our user research into a clean, and easy to use design.
